Refund Policy

Overview
This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services provided by Orca Family Trust (ABN 64 765 430 829), trading as Sprigr ("Sprigr", "we", "us"), including Sprigr Search and Sprigr Team.
Sprigr is a digital service (software-as-a-service). There are no physical goods to return.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, then deleted
Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, we will consider refunds in the following situations:
- Service outage - If Sprigr experiences extended downtime that materially affects your use of the service
- Billing errors - If you were charged incorrectly or charged after cancellation
- Duplicate charges - If you were charged more than once for the same billing period
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If there is a major failure of the service (for example, the service is substantially unfit for its purpose or significantly different from its description), you are entitled to:
- Cancel the service and receive a refund for any unused portion
- Compensation for any reduction in value of the service
If there is a minor failure, we will remedy the issue within a reasonable time. If we fail to do so, you may be entitled to a refund.
Nothing in our Terms of Service limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Sprigr Team token credits
Sprigr Team uses token-based billing for AI model usage. Token credits are consumed as used and are non-refundable once consumed. Unused token credits remain available while your subscription is active.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with your account details and reason for the request:
We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
