What counts as a search object?
A search object is a single JSON record imported into your Sprigr Search index via the API, MCP server, or admin dashboard. Each object counts toward your plan's object limit regardless of size. Objects are counted per-index, and your plan limit applies to the total across all indexes.
What are Sprigr Tokens?
Tokens are the usage currency for Sprigr Platform. Every AI interaction - reading your stack, building a workflow, making a decision - consumes tokens. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and Sprigr automatically optimises usage to stay within your budget.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Search: you will need to upgrade your plan or reduce your object count to stay within your limit.
Platform: by default, agents pause at 100% of your monthly token allowance. You get a warning at 80% so you can upgrade or enable overage billing in time. If you prefer uninterrupted service, toggle overage billing on from your dashboard - agents keep running past your limit and you are billed per-1M-token at your plan's overage rate at the end of the cycle.
How does overage billing work?
When overage billing is enabled, agents keep running past your monthly token allowance. You are charged a per-1M-token rate that steps down as your plan scales - Starter $0.60/M, Team $0.50/M, Business $0.40/M. Enterprise rates are negotiated. Overage is billed at the end of your cycle alongside your regular plan fee. Toggle on or off any time from the Usage & Billing page.
Can I set my own spend limits?
Yes. Every Platform plan comes with a default monthly spend cap, but you can adjust it from your billing dashboard. You also choose whether to enable overage billing or pause agents when the cap is reached. Daily per-agent limits are also configurable so no single agent can consume your entire budget.
