Your Profile
Your profile page contains your personal settings within Sprigr Teams. This is separate from your organisation’s settings — profile changes only affect your own account, not other team members or agents.
To access your profile, click on your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Profile.

Personal information
Section titled “Personal information”Your profile includes the following fields:
- Display name — The name shown to other team members in conversations and activity logs. Use your real name so colleagues can easily identify who said what.
- Email address — Your sign-in email and the address used for notifications. Changing your email requires verification of the new address.
- Avatar — Upload a profile photo or image. This appears next to your messages in conversations and in the team members list.
Updating your details
Section titled “Updating your details”-
Open your profile
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and select Profile.

Edit your information
Update your display name, email, or avatar. For email changes, you will receive a verification link at the new address.

Save changes
Click Save to apply your updates. Changes to your display name and avatar are visible to your team immediately.
Phone verification
Section titled “Phone verification”If your organisation uses WhatsApp as a channel, you can verify your phone number to link it to your Sprigr Teams account. This allows agents to send you WhatsApp messages directly and enables you to interact with agents via WhatsApp.

Enter your phone number
In the Phone section of your profile, enter your mobile number in international format (e.g. +61 412 345 678).

Request verification
Click Verify. You will receive an SMS with a verification code.

Enter the code
Type the code into the verification field and click Confirm. Your phone number is now linked to your account.
Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”Control how and when Sprigr Teams notifies you about activity. You can set preferences for different types of events:
Notification types
Section titled “Notification types”| Event | Description |

| New conversation assigned | Someone (or an agent) has assigned a conversation to you for review. |
| Agent needs approval | A workflow has reached an approval gate and is waiting for your sign-off. |
| Scheduled task completed | A scheduled task you are subscribed to has finished running. |
| Team member invited | A new team member has joined your organisation (admin only). |
| Agent error | An agent encountered an error during a conversation or task. |
Delivery channels
Section titled “Delivery channels”For each notification type, you can choose how you want to be notified:
- In-app — A notification badge appears in the portal at team.sprigr.com. Useful when you are already working in the platform.
- Email — A notification is sent to your profile email address. Best for staying informed when you are not actively in the portal.
- WhatsApp — If you have verified your phone number, you can receive notifications via WhatsApp. Ideal for time-sensitive alerts like approvals or agent errors.
Quiet hours
Section titled “Quiet hours”If you do not want to receive push notifications outside business hours, set up quiet hours. During quiet hours, notifications are still logged in the portal but email and WhatsApp alerts are held until the quiet period ends.

Enable quiet hours
In the Notifications section of your profile, toggle on Quiet Hours.

Set your hours
Choose the start and end time (e.g. 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and select which days the quiet period applies to.

Save
Click Save. Notifications received during quiet hours will be delivered when the period ends.
Security
Section titled “Security”Your profile page also provides access to basic security settings:
- Change password — Update your sign-in password. You will need to enter your current password for verification.
- Active sessions — View a list of devices and browsers where you are currently signed in. You can sign out of individual sessions if you see something unexpected.
