Plans

Sprigr Teams offers five subscription tiers designed to scale with your organisation. Each plan includes a set of features and usage limits. This guide covers what is included in each plan, how to choose the right one, and what happens when you reach your limits.

The Free plan is designed for individuals and small teams who want to explore Sprigr Teams. You can create up to 2 agents, invite 1 other team member, and send 100 messages per month. This is enough to test the platform and see if it fits your needs.

The Starter plan is for small businesses getting started with AI automation. You get more agents, messages, and the ability to connect up to 3 integrations. Workflows are included (up to 3), so you can start automating structured processes.

The Team plan is for growing organisations that need the full feature set. All integrations and channels are included, along with more agents, team members, and generous usage limits. MCP access is enabled, so you can connect external AI tools to your workspace.

The Business plan is for larger organisations with high-volume needs. You get 50 agents, 25,000 messages per month, and unlimited workflows, webhooks, and website hosting. Priority support ensures you get fast help when you need it.

The Enterprise plan is for organisations with custom requirements. Usage limits, features, and pricing are tailored to your needs. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager, custom contracts, and SLA guarantees. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

  1. Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Usage & Billing in the sidebar
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the new plan you want
  4. Review the pricing change — if you are upgrading mid-cycle, you will see a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period
  5. Confirm the change

Plan changes take effect immediately. If you are upgrading, your new limits apply right away. If you are downgrading, the new limits apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

When you reach a plan limit, the behaviour depends on which limit you have hit:

  • Message limit — When you reach your monthly message limit, agents stop responding to new messages. Existing conversations are preserved, and agents will resume responding at the start of the next billing cycle or when you upgrade your plan. A banner appears in the portal warning your team.
  • Agent limit — You cannot create new agents beyond your plan’s limit. Existing agents continue to work normally.
  • Storage limit — You cannot upload new files to knowledge bases until you free up space by deleting existing files or upgrading your plan.
  • Team member limit — You cannot invite new team members beyond your plan’s limit. Existing members retain access.
  • Usage — Monitor your organisation’s usage and understand the degradation thresholds.
  • Payments — Add a payment method and manage your billing.
  • Team Members — Manage who has access to your workspace.
