Payments

This guide covers adding and managing your payment method, viewing your card on file, and understanding how plan changes affect your billing.

  1. Navigate to Usage & Billing

Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Usage & Billing in the sidebar.

  2. Click “Add Payment Method”

On the Billing tab, click Add Payment Method. This opens a secure payment form.

  3. Enter your card details

Fill in your card number, expiry date, and security code in the secure form. Your card details are processed through a secure payment gateway and are never stored directly by Sprigr Teams.

  4. Save the card

Click Save to store the payment method. Your card will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

The Billing tab on the Usage & Billing page shows your current payment method, including:

  • Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Last four digits of the card number
  • Expiry date

To update your payment method, click Change next to the card details and enter new card information. The old card will be replaced immediately.

When you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-billing cycle, Sprigr Teams calculates a prorated amount:

  • Upgrading — You are charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of the current billing period. The new features and limits apply immediately.
  • Downgrading — A credit is applied for the unused portion of the current billing period. The lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Before confirming a plan change, you will see a preview of the prorated charges or credits so there are no surprises on your next invoice.

Sprigr Teams bills on a monthly cycle starting from the date you first subscribed. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each cycle. If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification and have a grace period to update your payment method before any services are affected.

  • Plans — Compare plan features and pricing.
  • Usage — Monitor your organisation’s consumption to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Organisation Settings — Manage your workspace configuration.
